Overtime and differential pay rules are complex. We automatically calculate every pay rate from actual shift data: weekday, evening, Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, and overnight/live-in shifts. Pay is frozen at generation for airtight historical integrity.
Every clock in is geofenced to the visit address using haversine distance, with configurable radius and enforcement per organization. Distance is logged on every shift, feeding directly into compliance reports.
Progress notes are scanned for risk keywords through an integrated detection system with configurable rules and severity levels. Signals appear in a review queue and convert to incidents with one click.
